Inventory Coordinator

What You will be doing:

• Oversee the flow of inventory in and out of a warehouse
• Prepare and maintain inventory records for all accounts
• Perform timely updates of stock movements into WMS
• Provide weekly/monthly / ad hoc stock count update
• Support export/local delivery/stock transfer shipment preparation and loading
• Work with internal customers and other members of the warehouse on all inventory related matters
• Responsible for the analysis of inventory discrepancies
• Participate in warehouse projects as and when required by supervisor

What You need to have:

• Comfortable working in warehouse environment with airconditioned office
• At least 1 year related in inventory or logistics experience
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Familiar with bonded warehouse will be an advantage
