Key qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in logistics industry, vendor or warehouse managementFamiliar with spreadsheets, stock management and forecastingExperience in logistics industry, vendor and warehouse managementComfortable with a rapidly-changing environmentExperience with any ERP toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. Responsibilities:
Provide Equipment purchase support, Logistics & Liaison with shipping partnersInventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demandCoordinate all shipments with logistics external suppliers (warehouses, domestic carriers, parking service providers) to ensure equipment is delivery within project deadline and lead time calculation, ETA/ETDEnsure correct inventory stock levels to meet operational demand based on program plans and provide shortages reports on a monthly basis.Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, and distribution.Facilitate the packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for shipmentWork with the procurement team to secure supply availability. Provide clear updates on recovery and mitigations.Create and maintain parts lists and replenishment levelsCreate processes for forecast modeling, parameter establishment, exception managementForecast demand & oversee regional allocationsCommunicate key inventory inbound/outbound to interested partiesSupport for physical inventory counts as required
