Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage our dispatch and shipment operations , while also supporting inventory management and audit processes . The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end inward and outward shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities – Dispatch & Shipment Management (Majority Focus):

·      Prepare, organize, and manage all outbound shipments ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

·      Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.

·      Monitor and track shipment status, resolving any delays or discrepancies proactively.

·      Manage shipment documentation , including delivery notes, invoices, and transport receipts.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations for shipments.

·      Assist in planning dispatch schedules to optimize time, cost, and resources.

Secondary Responsibilities – Inventory Management & Audit:

·      Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits .

·      Update and reconcile inventory data in ERP or inventory management systems.

·      Monitor stock levels, highlighting shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.

·      Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management review.

·      Support BOM (Bill of Materials) list management for production and dispatch requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

·      Manage inward shipments , including receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming goods.

·      Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material movement and storage.

·      Maintain organized and auditable documentation for all inventory and shipment activities.

·      Assist in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Minimum 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, dispatch operations, or logistics.

·      Strong understanding of shipment processes, inventory audits, and BOM management.

·      Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software (ERP knowledge preferred).

·      Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
