Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review inventories and order as required.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy against open PO and do receiving using companys system before informing the end-user.
  • Monitor and ensure expendables and company's inventory are maintain at an adequate level and replenish stocks when necessary.
  • Review deliveries against the orders.
  • Handling online (Lazada & Shopee) order.
  • Handling incoming shipping.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties indicated by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma and above.
  • Able to work independently, good attitude and willing to learn.
  • Able to work and communicate with warehouse person.
  • Good communication skill.
    • Prefer shipping experience. Familiar with Oracle Netsuite / ERP system.
