Inventory Management Executive

Location: Penjuru (Company Transport from Jurong East MRT)

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 5.15 pm

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500

Job scope:

• Inbound & Receiving: Verify POs, review GRNs in Odoo/SAP, report discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance and Merchandising.
• Replenishment & Fulfilment: Process replenishment orders, update bins, manage picking/GI, and coordinate deliveries with stores and Geodis.
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments, negative stock reviews, month-end counts, and reporting.
• Process Improvement: Support inventory initiatives and coordinate with IT, Finance, and other teams.
• Procurement & Admin: Handle stationery procurement and support stock take and month-end closing.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.
