Requirement/Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of related experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Experience:
  • One to three years of administrative or inventory-related experience in a manufacturing or office environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain logs, databases, inventories, and filing systems.
  • Prepare status reports and tracking documentation.
  • Take and deliver messages and provide information to callers.
  • Distribute and route mail, packages, and paperwork.
  • Follow established processes and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Support achievement of operational targets within the job area.
