High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of related experience. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks. Experience: One to three years of administrative or inventory-related experience in a manufacturing or office environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Create and maintain logs, databases, inventories, and filing systems. Prepare status reports and tracking documentation. Take and deliver messages and provide information to callers. Distribute and route mail, packages, and paperwork.
