Inventory Manager - 3PL Industry

This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across all customers in the warehouse.

Exp: 4 to 8 years

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure alignment between WMS (Warehouse Management System) and physical stock. 


• Stock Tracking: Monitor inward quantity, processed orders, and cancellations, and compare them with available stock.


• Inventory Cycle Count: Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer.


• Wall-to-Wall Counting: Conduct full inventory counts for all customers at least once per quarter.


• Accuracy Standards: Maintain 99.65% inventory accuracy.


• Loss Control: Ensure inventory loss remains below 0.03%.


• Audit Coordination: Provide required data to internal and external auditors.
