Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven, high-performing Inventory Manager to help take Autoline through its next phase of growth.
This role exists because inventory matters — to our customers, to vehicle uptime, and to our ambition to become the world’s largest independent supplier of mining light-vehicle parts.
You’ll be stepping into big shoes and will be expected to lift standards, not just maintain what’s already in place.
How will you contribute?
As an integral part of our Operations team, you will own inventory performance end‑to‑end .
Your role is to ensure parts are available when and where mining customers need them, while maintaining commercial discipline around stock investment, service levels and risk.
You will:
- Own inventory fill rate, nil/out‑of‑stock and DIFOT outcomes
- Set and maintain inventory policy levels (min/max, safety stock)
- Forecast demand and report to Finance
