Responsibilities for inventory manager

• Responsible to Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees.

• Maintain/Establish metrics around the processes to measure improvements, illustrate trends

• To prepare the all kind of Inventory Detailed Reports, Aging Report & Reconciliations.

• Responsible to Design, Develop, Plan & implement process and procedures to ensure a streamlined efficient

stores facility.

• Establish cycle counting and ensuring frequency of inventory counts meet company and audit requirements

• Manage New Products Launches Activities.

• Responsible for the accuracy of inventory recording and distributing inventory to branches.

• Previous track record of setting up and monitoring KPI’s.

• Managing for perpetual Inventory System.

• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.

• Manage day-to-day activities within department

• Ensure accuracy of system inventory on the databases.

• Assist in setting process and procedures for Inventory department

Qualifications for inventory manager

• 3-5 Years’ experience in warehouse inventory manager position.

• Certified Inventory Management Courses or equivalent work experience required.

• Must have high level skills in a major ERP System and technical skills.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities.

• Identify issues opportunities for improvement related to inventory or processes within the facilities

• Strong data analytical skills, comfortable dealing with large and complex datasets

• Excellent communication skills
