Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inventory operations across one or more locations using NetSuite ERP. This role ensures inventory accuracy, availability, valuation integrity, and compliance while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on NetSuite expert with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of inventory controls, costing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control & Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate item masters, bin locations, lot/serial records, and stock levels in NetSuite.
- Own cycle count programs, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Investigate root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve inventory KPIs including accuracy, turnover, shrinkage, and aging.
