Inventory Manager – Materials, Logistics & Site/Warehouse Supply Chain

Spain - Site-Based with travel throughout Europe

About the Role

Join our project delivery team as an Inventory Manager, responsible for overseeing all materials entering and leaving our live installation sites.

Working within complex, fast-paced logistics environments—often live warehouses operating 24/7—you will ensure the efficient movement, storage, tracking, and allocation of high volumes of materials, components, and equipment essential to the delivery of automation and robotics projects.

You will manage site-level inventory processes, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, and support production and installation teams by ensuring materials are available when needed. This role is central to project success and requires strong organisation, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Candidates must be based in Spain and possess the right to work in that country. Successful applicants must also be willing to travel and work away for prolonged periods and hold a valid passport.


Requirements

About You

  • You have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles—ideally within construction, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial environments.
  • You are confident handling high volumes of stock and have strong IT skills, including experience with inventory management systems, Excel, databases, and digital tracking tools.
  • You understand the core principles of supply chain flow, goods-in/goods-out processes, stock accuracy, and the cost impacts of inventory management.
  • Safety qualifications or experience working within controlled site environments is a strong advantage.
  • English-speaking proficiency is required.
