JOB OVERVIEW

The Inventory Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant control of raw material and finished goods inventory across the manufacturing supply chain. This role supports production continuity, customer service levels, and working capital targets by maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing material flow, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate item master data, lot/serial tracking, storage locations, and reorder parameters in ERP/WMS.
  • Partner with receiving, put-away, and bin/location assignments; verify COA/specifications; enforce FEFO/FIFO and lot rotation principles.
