Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong Inventory Optimization Lead – ODMs to drive inventory health and E&O (Excess & Obsolete) reduction across our Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) partners. This role bridges daily operational execution and broader inventory improvement initiatives. You will analyze risk, propose mitigation plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and help standardize processes and reporting across assigned ODMs. The candidate will join a global Supply Chain organization (PSO Factory Ops) where his/her analysis and leadership will directly improve working capital, reduce risk, and standardize how we and our ODM partners run inventory. Will gain broad visibility across product lines and lifecycle processes, building a strong platform for future growth into senior or managerial roles
