Inventory Planner

This role involves monitoring stock levels, generating purchase requisitions, maintaining inventory records in NetSuite, reconciling stock, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, preparing reports, supporting new product launches, and maintaining master data for all SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels for 1000+ SKUs and generate purchase requisitions (PR) to prevent stockouts
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite ERP system (stock-in, stock-out, transfers)
• Perform daily and weekly stock reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock receipts, cycle counts, and physical inventory
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports (stock status, slow-moving items, expiry tracking)
