Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for operations of specific programs that are assigned to by ensuring delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints with regards to inventory.
• Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
• Perform stock movement and adjustment updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
