Job Description
.Conduct investigation of TP and OD motor claims to assess genuineness, cause of loss, and policy compliance.
.Carry out field visits in suspected fraud cases, including spot inspection, vehicle verification, and witness interaction.
.Coordinate with police stations for FIRs, GD entries, chargesheets, and related documentation.
.Assist in filing and follow-up of police complaints in fraudulent, fabricated, or suspicious cases.
.Verify documents such as RC, DL, policy details, medical papers, repair bills, and accident site evidence.
.Support collection of CDRs, CCTV footage, FASTag data, and other corroborative evidence through lawful channels.
.Liaise with advocates, courts, and internal legal teams for criminal litigation and recovery matters.
.Prepare detailed, fact-based investigation reports within defined timelines.
.Maintain proper records and update internal systems as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
.Support management in fraud trend analysis, case escalation, and internal reviews.
