The firm follows a research-led advisory model and works closely with affluent clients, supported by strong governance and compliance standards.This role works in close partnership with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure high-quality investment advisory delivery through analytics, research, and structured execution.Role OverviewThe Advisor / Investment Analyst will support portfolio construction, analytics, and advisory execution. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and comfort working with data, reports, and client-facing investment material.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Analytics & ReportingPrepare portfolio review and performance analysis reportsCreate rebalancing recommendations aligned to client goals and market conditionsDevelop investment proposals, simulations, and scenario analysesResearch & Performance TrackingTrack performance of recommended investment products and portfoliosIdentify risks, trends, and investment opportunitiesSupport ongoing research and data analysis for advisory decisionsClient Interaction SupportParticipate in client meetings and calls along with Relationship ManagersProvide real-time analytical support during discussionsAssist in addressing client queries related to portfolio performance and recommendationsCRM & Advisory ExecutionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsDocument investment advice to ensure audit readinessSupport compliance, governance, and internal process requirementsCandidate Profile7+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or portfolio analyticsStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in ExcelPrior experience supporting Relationship Managers in a wealth management setupGood communication skills with structured and logical thinkingDetail-oriented and comfortable working with data, reports, and analyticsLocation: Gurgaon Experience: 7+ years Education: GraduateInterested candidates may apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
