Job Description
My team is cooperating with a well established Venture Capital fund based in Spain and they are looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager level professionals with 5-10years of experience to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing : Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe.
- Due Diligence : Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Financial Modeling : Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
- Deal Execution : Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
