My team is cooperating with a well established Venture Capital fund based in Spain and they are looking for level professionals with 5-10 years of experience to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing – Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe.
• Due Diligence – Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Financial Modeling – Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
• Deal Execution – Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
