Antler India was launched by founding Partners Rajiv Srivatsa (ex co-founder at Urban Ladder) and Nitin Sharma (14 years of global investing experience).

Since 2021, we have attracted more than 75,000 founders in the funnel, raised a $75M fund (largest capital pool dedicated to the pre-seed stage) and invested in 110 new ventures, primarily through our Residencies.

Our team of 16 (based out of Bangalore) comprises several experienced operators, with the majority of the team having prior startup experience.

This role goes beyond investing.

You’ll also work closely with 30+ high-growth portfolio companies , helping them shape strategy, raise capital, and scale their businesses.

    The Role/What You’ll Do Scout and identify exceptional founders building in emerging themes across Fintech, Mobility & Logistics, DPI, ONDC and B2B Commerce, with a goal of 40-50+ investments in these themes in the next 3-4 years.

  •   This is well beyond a sourcing role.

    You will lead the investment process , diligence and negotiations end-to-end, including the chance to take your own non-consensus calls, and spending most of your time in founder-facing activities.

  •   Partner with Antler India Fund I portfolio companies on GTM, business strategy, fundraising, hiring, and partnerships   Develop investment theses and explore white spaces shaping the future of technology in India and beyond Over time, you can earn and experience the fastest growth curve in terms of: overall responsibility for the success of an investment, founder-facing and/or Board observer roles, leading your own non-consensus investments, taking on strategic projects for the fund beyond these investment areas, and acquiring global exposure as part of Antler, What We’re Looking For A winning attitude over everything else : Exceptionally high levels of curiosity about innovation and early-stage startups, matched with a genuine hunger and passion to serve founders at the earliest stages of their journeys (IQ+EQ).

    An exceptional work ethic, with humility and high individual ownership to drive outcomes for our founders.  Experience: 4–5 years of total work experience, including ideally 2+ years in early-stage venture capital.

    Exceptional candidates with relevant operating experience in the spaces mentioned above shall be considered as well, if they have shown promise and passion towards early-stage investing.  Bonus: Experience in a Fintech, Mobility, or B2B Commerce startup in a high-ownership or leadership role   Location and Compensation Location: On-site in Bangalore (Mandatory) Compensation: Competitive in the industry, and commensurate with experience.
