Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Management: Be responsibility for entire lifecycle management of all investors in the portfolio.

2. Fundraising Support: Preparing materials including documents and analysis as well as directly interacting with different kinds of investors including HNIs, Institutional investors, Banks / NBFCs etc.

3. Documentation & Compliance: Handle the documentation and compliance processes for fund raise via various instruments including asset leasing, debentures, equity, etc.

4. Research & Strategy: Support the team in analytical and strategic insights pertaining to the existing portfolio. Also support the team with research pertaining to future business strategy (AIF, SM REIT etc.)

5. Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the team on an as-needed basis.
