What Were Looking For:Active Real Estate License (Required)1+ years of experience in residential real estate, sales, or acquisitions preferredFamiliarity with BRRRR, ARV, and wholesale strategiesor eagerness to learnStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze market data and think strategicallyDrive, hunger, and resilience to thrive in a commission-based environmentReliable transportation to travel for appointments and site visits
