Job Description
Key Responsibilities:* Fundraising Process Support:
Assist in the preparation and updating of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), PPMs and other investor-facing documents in partnership with relevant team members. Prepare briefing materials and talking points for the team members ahead of investor meetings. Support the due diligence process by managing data rooms, responding to investor queries, and coordinating information flow. Assist with co-investment opportunities for LPs, including preparing materials and tracking investor interactions/feedback on the co-investments
* Investor Relations & Communications:
Assist in the preparation of quarterly newsletters, and other communications regarding fund performance and portfolio company updates. Support the organisation of investor events, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Monitor and analyse industry trends, and capital market developments.
* Internal Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the investment, finance, and legal teams to gather and synthesise information required for investor reporting and fundraising. Contribute to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and materials. Undertake ad-hoc projects and analyses as required by the senior management. The Successful Applicant
A successful Investor Relations Associate should have:
2-5 years of direct experience in an investor relations or fundraising role within a Venture Capital / Private Equity fund or a role at an investment bank is required. Experience working with institutional investors and a familiarity with their diligence processes would be good to have. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and clear investor communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is critical; experience with CRM systems (, Affinity) and databases (Pitchbook / Capital IQ) is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Interest in the technology and venture ecosystem will make this role enjoyable.
