Position Summary
The Investor Relations Manager will be the primary liaison between TAC InfoSec and the global investment community. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with current stakeholders and actively engaging new investors to support the company's fundraising and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital, investment banking, and capital markets, particularly in high-growth and/or publicly listed companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Relationship Management
- Maintain proactive, consistent, and transparent communication with existing investors.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and update calls.
- Prepare quarterly/annual investor updates, reports, and other key communications.
- Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the global investor outreach and fundraising strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and pitch to new institutional investors (VCs, PEs, family offices, banks, sovereign funds, etc.)
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams on term sheets, due diligence, and closing processes.
- Market Intelligence & Storytelling
- Monitor capital markets, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to inform internal strategy.
- Craft compelling investment narratives and pitch decks tailored to different investor segments.
- Provide regular feedback to the executive team on investor perceptions and market trends.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure investor communications meet regulatory, governance, and disclosure standards.
- Support the CFO and Finance Team in public reporting obligations if applicable (SEBI, MCA, etc.)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, or financial communications.
- Experience with capital raising (Series A-D, Pre-IPO, IPO), investor roadshows, and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of working with VC/PE firms, public company investors, and global banking institutions.
- Strong network with domestic and international investors is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, term sheets, and due diligence processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
