Purpose/Objective
Lead - Investor Relations role is to manage and enhance relationships with investors, ensure effective communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives, and provide insights into market trends to foster investor confidence and support business growth in the Logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities of Role :
Execute investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value, including quarterly earnings preparation, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors. Prepare investor materials such as presentations, investor day collateral, fact sheets, annual reports, etc.
Conduct regular macro, market and competitor analysis to provide insights on industry trends, help share investor communication strategies and highlight the company’s competitive advantages
Coordinate IR events like AGMs, investor days, and conferences. Track KPIs including stock price & volume performance and ownership changes and prepare comprehensive periodic internal reports for management
Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams for ongoing business understanding and to address ad-hoc investor inquiries.
Strong accounting and financial modeling skills and understanding of capital markets, valuation techniques, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Open to adopting digital and AI advancements to enhance workflow efficiencies and market-facing collateral
Role offers high management visibility and opportunity to cut across and engage with senior executives across the company as part of business understanding.
The role also involves participation in ongoing discussions with capital market participants, including travel and attending investor conferences, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
Preferrable - CA, MBA (Finance) from Tier-I or Tier-II institute, CFA Level 3
5+ years of relevant experience,
preferably as part of the Investor Relations teams for a large-cap / mid-cap firm.
