Our client, a prestigious private equity firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Investor Relations/Performance Reporting to assist their rapidly growing team! This candidate will be responsible for assisting all operations accounting, liaising with clients, managing financial statements, and maintaining performance reports. This is a rare opportunity to work with senior-level management of a top PE firm and grow within the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage investor request process including maintenance of internal tracker, coordination of responses with internal team and third-party administrator, gathering support for internal review and approval, and providing responses to investorsPerform external verification of change requests for wire instructions and other contact updatesSupervise third-party administrator in connection with contact changes to CRM system, including tracking and review of completed changesAssist in uploading investment activity into performance management systemLiaise with bank counterparties to open / close accounts, compile and provide KYC entity documentation and necessary approvalsCoordinate permissioning of and access to new bank accounts with third-party administrator and internal teamSupport quarterly reporting process, including initial review of investment team deliverables and incorporating feedback from the broader teamUpdate and maintainweekly performance reports including public prices, foreign exchange rates, forward hedge mark-to-market values, investment activity and cash balancesAssist with aggregation of portfolio company metrics for quarterly investor reporting Job Requirements:
