Role Summary

PA Logistics Group is a growing logistics and transportation company operating across trucking, brokerage, warehousing, and freight forwarding. We are hiring an Accountant/Bookkeeper to oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting / invoicing operations, and support accurate financial reporting as the business scales.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution, accuracy, and accountability.

You will be responsible for maintaining clean books, managing AR and AP cycles, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial visibility for operations and leadership. The role requires a strong understanding of logistics-specific accounting, including carrier payments and customer invoicing.
