The Role

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning details into results, this is the opportunity for you. Reporting to the Controller, as an Invoicing and Inventory Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Allocation of warehouse lot numbers to inventory within SAPB1 ERP system (35%)
• Completion of daily customer invoicing (25%)
• Monthly inventory reconciliation of 3rd party warehouse reports to internal ERP, adjusting as required. (20%)
• Liaison with external 3rd party warehouse providers to resolve discrepancies (10%)
• Liaison with internal Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service departments to resolve discrepancies (10%)
