Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team with responsibilities across invoicing, credit control, administrative support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and credit control
- Customer service and regular contact with clients.
- Preparation of administrative and operational reports (non-financial)
- Purchasing office supplies and receiving deliveries
- Filing and document management
- Compliance with the Management System
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement of the Management System
Required Qualifications & Profile:
- High school diploma (12h grade or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (invoicing and credit control)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
