Position Title: Invoicing Migration Analyst 
Location: New York 10010 (Hybrid 1-2 Days Onsite per week only)
Duration: 06-12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC OR GC candidates***

Purpose
Support the migration of third-party labor invoicing from ReadSoft to SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, ensuring compliance with the TPL Policy and achieving the goal of migrating a significant portion of vendors/spend currently invoicing through Readsoft (starting in Feb/Mar 2026).

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Data Validation

  • Identify and locate applicable Statements of Work (SOWs) for invoicing migration.

  • Correlate resources to SOWs using SAP Fieldglass Profile Worker data.

  • Validate spend, headcount, and expiration data for targeted suppliers.
