Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain innovative iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI, along with hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, managing app performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Build scalable, user-friendly iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
  • Enhancement & Maintenance: Maintain existing projects by fixing bugs, refactoring code, improving performance, and upgrading apps for new iOS versions.
  • Feature Implementation: Develop and integrate new features such as authentication (Firebase, mobile number login), live location tracking, push notifications, and data synchronization.
  • Work Experience in Existing Projects: Collaborate on ongoing projects by understanding legacy code, implementing new modules, and ensuring seamless integration with current architecture.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • API Integration: Connect apps with RESTful APIs, handle JSON data, and implement error handling and caching strategies.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure optimal app performance across devices and iOS versions.
  • Deployment & Maintenance: Manage App Store releases, monitor crash reports, and push timely updates.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, product management) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
     

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Languages & Frameworks: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine (optional).
  • Tools & Platforms: Xcode, Firebase, Git/GitHub, Cocoapods/SPM.
  • Core iOS Expertise: CoreLocation, Push Notifications, CoreData/Realm, background tasks, in-app purchases.
  • Architecture Patterns: MVC, MVVM, dependency injection.
  • Other Skills: Problem-solving, performance optimization, code review, and collaborative development.
  • Experience: 3+ years in iOS development with a strong portfolio of published and maintained apps.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with App Store submission process and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Hyperlocal delivery apps and CRM workflows (bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end development lifecycle including post-launch support.
