Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Mobile SDK Technical Interviewer to conduct structured technical interviews for candidates applying to our Mobile Developer (iOS/Android/Cross-Platform) — Ad Tech SDKs position.
Your role will be to evaluate candidates' technical depth, real-world experience, and problem-solving skills across native mobile development, cross-platform SDKs, and mobile ad monetization technologies (Prebid-focused).
This is a non-coding delivery role — your responsibility is assessment, not implementation.
What You'll Do
Conduct technical interviews with mobile developer candidates (60–90 minutes)
Assess expertise in:
- iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- SDK/library design and maintenance
- React Native and Flutter plugin architecture
- Mobile ad tech concepts (Prebid, Google Mobile Ads, header bidding)
- Ask practical, experience-based questions (debugging, SDK integration issues, performance, API design)
Evaluate candidates' ability to:
