Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance.


The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of IoT connectivity technologies, SIM card management, and platform configuration. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for customer technical issues related to IoT connectivity, M2M/eSIM SIM cards, and platforms;
  • Analyze and diagnose complex network issues using monitoring tools and logs;
  • Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets in the ticketing system;
