Job Description

6–10 years of total IT experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Azure IoT Hub and related services in a production support or managed services environment.

Strong expertise in:

· Azure IoT Hub configuration, diagnostics, and device communication protocols (MQTT, AMQP, HTTPS).

· Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for proactive issue detection.

· IoT Edge deployment, DPS provisioning, and message routing pipelines.

· Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity management (AAD, RBAC), and security best practices.

· Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes (ITIL framework).

· Hands-on with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python).

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of handling high-severity issues under pressure.

· Experience working in 24x7 managed services or global support operations environments.

Preferred certifications:

· Microsoft Certified: Azure IoT Developer (AZ-220)

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting industrial IoT, connected devices, or edge computing use cases.

· Exposure to automation frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).

· Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

· Prior experience in customer-facing managed services roles with SLA-based delivery.
