to join our São Paulo team. This role is pivotal in bridging between our technical offerings and customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored IoT solutions that leverage Acceleronix's offerings.
• Solution Design: Develop end-to-end IoT architectures, integrating hardware, connectivity, and platform services to meet client objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Present solutions to clients, articulating technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented manner.
• Post-Sales Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
• Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance solution offerings.
