IoT/Telematics Solutions Engineer

Description: An IoT/Telematics Solutions Engineer designs and implements solutions for tracking and monitoring physical assets in the supply chain, such as vehicle fleets, equipment, and inventory using IoT devices and telematics data. This role can be full-time within logistics firms or project-based via providers. In Ohio’s trucking and distribution industry, these specialists ensure that trucks, trailers, and even warehouse equipment are connected and feeding data (location, performance, condition) into management systems for real-time visibility.
