This role offers the opportunity to advise a high-profile client base on a broad range of non-contentious IP matters, including M&A, equity capital markets, spin-outs, investment rounds, restructurings, joint ventures, licensing, collaborations, and financings. Experience with regulatory matters in the context of transactions would be highly beneficial.
