Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Operations Specialist/Manager to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patent-related processes, data management, and team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our IP operations.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IDS preparation, filing packages, and other paralegal tasks related to patent prosecution.
Prepare formal documents, including assignments, declarations, and Form-1s.
Utilize and maintain patent databases for searching and analysis.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and train new team members, providing guidance and support.
Communicate with clients (internal and external) to address inquiries and provide updates.
Collate, update, and maintain data extracted from various sources.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in IP operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of patent prosecution processes and requirements.
Proficiency in patent searching and analysis.
Experience with various patent databases and software (e.g., Memotech, FoundationIP, Salesforce/Novum, First to File).
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and train teams.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Applications, Science, or Engineering preferred).

Experience coordinating with international law firms.
