Responsibilities:

  • Patent Prosecution: Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications with the USPTO, including preparing detailed invention descriptions, claims, and responses to office actions.

  • Technical Analysis: Evaluate invention disclosures and conduct prior art searches to assess patentability and develop patent strategies.

  • Client Support: Collaborate with inventors and clients startups, corporations) to provide technical and patent-related guidance, explaining complex concepts clearly.

  • Documentation: Prepare accurate patent documents, ensuring compliance with USPTO regulations and deadlines.
