Position Description:

+ Manage complex customer engagements and work cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives

+ Achieve a targeted Japan IP quota and increase in sales revenue for IP products within the fiscal year

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our IP products.
Position Requirements:

+ Master ’ s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA, MSEE, or MSCS is a plus.

+ 10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably in semiconductor/EDA/IP sales.

+ Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
