Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management of the entire Intellectual Property portfolio of clients.
  • Attending hearing and to increase the acceptance cases in IPR
  • Appearance before District Courts and High Courts for IP Litigation.
  • Drafting of pleadings, evidence, arguments, etc. in IP Litigation matters.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Handling and managing the prosecution, opposition and enforcements relating to IP (specifically trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs).
  • Drafting, filing and prosecution of new applications, amendments, oppositions, rectifications, etc., before the Registrars/ Examiners
