IPTV Services Installation and Support Engineer

MCOMS is looking for an IPTV Services Installation and Support Engineer to deliver, integrate, and support guest-facing technology solutions across hospitality, cruise ship, and healthcare environments.
The role combines hands-on installation and advanced technical support with customer-facing responsibilities, cross-team collaboration, and international project travel across the MEA and APAC regions.
Key Accountabilities Implement Installation, configuration and integration of MCOM Guest facing technologies for MCOMS customers in all different contexts (Hospitality, Cruise ship, Healthcare) Deliver 2nd and 3rd level technical support services for MCOMS customer base as per company’s policies and procedures.
Actively manage (resolve, escalate, follow up) MCOMS customer complaints and requests and provide resolution reports and customer KPI statistics when necessary.
