IQC Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and mechanical parts; mark and complete appropriate documentation to assure conformance with drawing requirements, specifications and internal target set
• Conduct complete First Article inspection
• Perform in-process inspection of machined parts as required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures
• To ensure all the non-conforming materials or parts (incoming, in-process or outgoing) are properly segregated and labelled
• Ensure all instruments, equipment and tools are calibrated, clean and safe to use, shall trigger superior should there be any discrepancies arise
• Ensure conformance to company quality management system, safety and 5S requirements
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
