Job Description

  • Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labour laws.
  • Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages and review of skill grades and wage rates if warranted.
  • Arranging, maintaining & rendering medical first aid to workmen of the site as & when need arises.
  • Displaying the specified statutory notices in accordance with labour laws & updates them, as & when required.
  • Arranging hygienic up-keep of labour camp(s), site canteen(s), sanitary facilities and rest room at all times.
  • Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the management
  • Responsible for all statutory register preparation and leave record of employees.
  • Responsible for report preparation and daily manpower report related to Labour, Liaisoning with labour and local people, ensuring proper care and welfare to be provided for Labours.
  • Responsible for all Admin work, contact the suppliers, vendor, local purchasing, accommodation arrangements, mess supervision, vehicle arrangements for staff.
