IRA Operations Specialist

Century Group is in search of an experienced Operations Specialist (IRA) to join a team in Downtown. Denver. Qualified candidates with 3-5 years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $27 per hour. Job Description: Deliver client service experience by providing ongoing support to our clients related to IRA transaction requests. Analyze and process client-initiated distributions, transfers, and rollover requests. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately Ensure all documentation related to transactions is appropriately noted. Process outgoing ACAT transactions and ensure all documentation related to the ACAT is appropriately collected and maintained in Bank systems. Ensure all discrepancies are addressed, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner. Manage call, chat, and e-mail volume for the IRA operations team Processing assistance in outgoing cash transactions within the Bank's trust accounting system (ACH, checks, and wires). Requirements: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to work independently and take initiative Able to adapt to changing priorities REF 49289 LI-POST ZR
