Role Summary - Senior Systems Engineer - Trading Platform
We are seeking skilled engineers to act as the primary point of contact for traders and work closely with them
and the core developer team. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Expert Engineer will be responsible for:
● Handling trader requests and inquiries, gathering information on issues, finding root causes, and
developing solutions
● Will be working on devops tools such as docker, grafana, kubernetes etc.
● Deploying solutions to trader issues, either directly or by coaching traders through self-service options
● Keeping track of trader demands and issues, and providing suggestions for future improvements
● Conducting UAT testing and pushing updates to production, troubleshooting any issues that arise
● Attending and contributing to weekly and monthly meetings
● Developing new solutions or modifying existing ones to address future concerns
● Scaling infrastructure and improving the efficiency of deployed systems and trading tools
● Coordinating with vendors, exchanges, and external organizations as needed

Required Skill Set

● Proficiency in one programming language (e.g. Python, Golang, C++)

● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

● Working knowledge of networks and network programming or a desire to learn more

● Familiarity with tcpdump/wireshark is preferred, but not required

● Basic to advanced knowledge of databases and ability to execute complex queries

● Experience with Linux or the ability to quickly learn it

● Basic programming and shell command skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Knowledge of dockets , kubernetes will be advantageous
