About the CompanyA fast-growing electromobility technology company is looking for a Sales Manager (IC role) to support its expansion across Spain and Europe.
This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong technical background and proven experience selling complex, multidisciplinary products (hardware + software + electrical systems) in B2B environments.
Role Overview- You will act as an individual contributor role (not a leadership role & will not include people management)
- Drive new business acquisition across Spain and Europe
- Manage the full sales cycle from Prospecting → Qualification → Closure
- Engage with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and strategic partners
- Work closely with technical and engineering teams
- Frequent travel across Spain and Europe
- 5+ years of hunter sales experience selling complex, multidisciplinary products (electrical + hardware + software systems — not purely mechanical/metal products)
- Technical degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar)
- English – professional proficiency
- Based in Barcelona (onsite role)
- Valid work permit for Spain (no sponsorship available)
- Comfortable with frequent travel
