This role involves setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting irrigation infrastructure to ensure optimal water distribution for banana crop health and productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with drip, sprinkler, or flood irrigation systems, a strong understanding of water management practices for horticultural crops, and the ability to work independently in outdoor farm conditions.
