Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team through effective resource planning, capability building, goalsetting, and regular performance reviews to foster a learning and businessoriented culture.
- Oversee timely and accurate delivery of controlling and financial analysis, ensuring full compliance with ABB guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
