IS Global Vendor Manager, ABB Robotics. At ABB, we are committed to driving innovation and transformation across industries. We are seeking an experienced IS Vendor and Contract Manager to oversee our global vendor portfolio and guide our supplier ecosystem through continuous improvement and digital evolution.

• Define and execute ABB Robotics’ global vendor management strategy, aligned with business transformation goals
• Lead governance forums and maintain executive-level relationships with key global vendors
• Manage and negotiate contracts across a 100M USD+ annual vendor portfolio, ensuring financial discipline and risk mitigation
• Drive vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote vendor-led innovation to support ABB’s automation and digitalization agenda

In this role, you will also lead a global team, collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IS, and Business Units, and act as the senior escalation point for vendor issues. You will guide vendors through transitions to new service models, including cloud adoption, and ensure alignment with ABB Robotics’ long-term objectives.

• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement
• Minimum 8 years of global vendor accountability across regions and business units
• Proven track record managing vendor portfolios exceeding 100 million USD annually
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, financial oversight, and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with C-level stakeholders
